The Pavillion has earned
a solid reputation for the quality and freshness
of its food. Our Executive Chef, his staff,
and the owners of The Pavillion have placed
a strong emphasis on food presentation, menu
selection and value.
Our "Progressive Buffet"
is the signature food service style of The Pavillion.
In 1988 we created the term "Progressive
Buffet" and pioneered the approach to serving
our clients by having them "Progress"
from one themed food station to another during
a reception. Since our successful development
of the Progressive Buffet, other caterers have
emulated our format and have created their own
versions of the progressive buffet.
In addition to the Progressive
Buffet, we also offer our clients the option
to have a customized seated dinner menu and
a custom seated buffet menu. Our seated dinners,
seated buffets and progressive buffets all come
with butler style passed hors d'oeuvres.
Additionally, please ask about
our popular cocktail reception menu which consists
of a great selection of butler style passed
hors d'oeuvres for the duration of the event.
