Specifications & Fees
Rental fees range from $1,000 to $2,750. Please contact us for specific pricing which is dependent upon day, time and season. The rental fee includes the private rental of the facility including tables, chairs, our custom designer linens, glassware, flatware, votives, fresh greenery and parking. Valet parking is additional. For the health and enjoyment of our guests, The Pavillion of Dunwoody is a non-smoking facility. However, outdoor seating and ash trays will be provided in brick patio.
The Pavillion of Dunwoody was built with an architectural emphasis on classic colonial design. Inside The Pavillion, you and your guests will explore the different rooms the facility has to offer. From the front living to the back dining room, there is sense of excitement and drama as your guests make their way around the facility. All rooms maintain 14-foot ceiling height and the main ballroom possesses 6 Swarovski Crystal chandeliers and over 50-feet of exposed brick walls.
