Specifications & Fees The Chastain Horse Park special event facilities are managed by the Saratoga Hospitality Group. The Clubhouse is available for special event rental during the week or on the weekend. All questions regarding your event (including rates, catering information, beverage policy and vendors) should be directed to the Saratoga representative at the Chastain Horse Park. We can be reached by: Phone: 404-252-4244 ext 28 Standard rental fees are based on a four (4) hour event with four (4) hours of support time. Should the event exceed the contracted time, overtime charges of $300.00 per hour will apply. Your rental includes the use of our inventory which includes:
Your rental fee includes 70-parking spaces for your event. If there is no concert at the Chastain Park Amphitheatre your rental fee will include an additional 70-spaces for a total of 140-parking spaces. Additional parking, if necessary, can be arranged through your Event Sales Manager. |
